Pre-Event Call Confirm logistics, timeline, prizes, and golf-course coordination. 5. Setup Arrive early; deploy tent, signage, cones, and landing pads. 6. Execution Follow event scripts for The Big Drop or The Drone Shot. 7. Teardown & Follow-Up Safely pack equipment, collect media, and request reviews/testimonials. Personnel & Roles who’s involved, what roles are required, and how they interact. Event Host Primary Duties Requirements Main contact for organizers; manages schedule, sponsors, and crowd engagement. Outgoing personality, basic golf knowledge, strong communication skills. Pilot-in-Command Primary Duties Requirements Operates drone; responsible for compliance and safe flight. FAA Part 107 certified, 10 practice drops minimum. Visual Observer / Crew Primary Duties Requirements Maintains crowd safety, assists with setup, batteries, and logistics. FAA 107 encouraged; confident, attentive demeanor. Crew Appearance Coordinated branded shirts and hats; no personal logos larger than the Drop Your Shot™ mark.
