Owns:

- General contractor relationships
- Weekly / monthly site cadence
- Proposal templates
- Media standards

Under this role:

- Field Ops (DJI / Wingtra depending on site)
- Media / Image QA
- Progress deliverable formatting

Construction should operate on systems and subscription logic.
