Primary Duties Requirements Maintains crowd safety, assists with setup, batteries, and logistics. FAA 107 encouraged; confident, attentive demeanor.
Crew Appearance
Coordinated branded shirts and hats; no personal logos larger than the Drop Your Shot™ mark.
Professional Conduct
Arrive ≥ 1 hr before event. Seek out organizer immediately; confirm schedule & restrooms. Maintain clean, organized, and friendly setup.
Engagement Tone
Professional + fun + energetic. Music audible but talk-friendly. Crew smiling, approachable, and prepared.
Marketing Presence
Branded tent, tablecloth, feather flag, and tabletop signage. Display payment QR codes and game instructions.
Media & Reviews
Capture photo/video (add-on or free promo clip). Encourage QR reviews and social tags. Follow up within 48 hrs for testimonial.
Compliance Agreement
Licensee signs acknowledgment form covering:operational safety, brand usage, media conduct, and legal ownership.(See Appendix C for signature page.)
License Model
One-time buy-in, perpetual license. Annual compliance attestation (no revenue tracking). Optional paid updates & support.
Brand Usage
Drop Your Shot™ is the primary brand; licensee may use “by [Company Name]” format. Must follow visual-hierarchy and color rules in Brand Kit. Non-compliance = material breach.
Marketing Materials
Use only official templates (flyers, A-frames, banners). Submit new designs for approval at brand@dropyourshot.com Replace outdated materials within 60 days of new release.
Photo & Video Use
Access national media library for pre-approved B-roll. Submit 3–5 event photos or a highlight clip per event. Must include logo / watermark and official tags.
